Internet Mail

  1. Click on Mail.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click on the Server tab
  4. Fill in the Mail User with your name as you would like it to appear.
  5. Fill in the Organization or Company Name. (You may leave this blank.)
  6. Fill in the Mail User Email Address. (
  7. Fill in the Outgoing Mail Server/SMTP,
  8. Fill in the Incoming Mail Server.
  9. Fill in the POP3 Account Name -UserID
  10. If you want the program not to prompt for a password, enter the password. If not leave it blank and it will prompt you every time you log on to access your mailbox.
  11. Click on OK.
