Windows 3.1 Support

This section contains instructions for setting up Windows 3.1 to connect to CyberGate. Remember that Windows 3.1 does not have it's own software to connect to the internet. If the computer does not have a PPP dial up program or an internet browser it will probably be neccessary to get a copy of the CyberGate Software for Windows 3.1.
