Click on Start>Programs>Communication>Remote Networking.
Double Click "Make New Connection".
Type in Cybergate, select "Dial-up Connection", then click NEXT.
Select your modem from the drop-down list,
type in your CyberGate local access number, then click NEXT.
Enter these Port Settings. Click on OK when done.
Enter these Call Options. Click on OK when done.
Hit Finish.
Click on The Cybergate Icon.
Click on Connect.
